Francesco Altamura, Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Managing Director at GeoJunxion B.V., is a seasoned navigation, mapping and geo-localized solutions professional with over 25 years of experience primarily within the marine electronics industry combined with comprehensive insights into business strategy and development.
Over two decades of international responsibility that have developed and strengthened strong communication and leadership skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of international and local business, financial and legal practices. Proven track record of achieving bottom line results backed by the ability to establish effective goals and priorities, while providing the necessary support for success and effective communication at any level within the Company and with the market. Detail oriented and strong attitude for personal relationships, which has provided the framework for several turnarounds and a series of achievements and successes, up to his previous role of Managing Director and General Manager of an Italian mapping company and Vice President the Group owning it.
In the current role as GeoJunxion’s CBO & MD, Francesco co-manages and leads the company’s ongoing evolution and expansion efforts together with his colleague, CEO & CFO, Ivo Vleeschouwers.
