Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands – We inform all our suppliers and clients that, starting 15 January 2024, GeoJunxion B.V. has a new VAT identification number (btw-id): NL806799262B01.
The VAT identification number, also known as VAT ID number, is a unique identifier that is utilized for tax purposes, assigned to GeoJunxion B.V. by the Governamental Tax Administration.
It is important to note that our previous VAT number will no longer be valid after this date, so we kindly ask suppliers and clients to keep note and use our new VAT identification number, NL806799262B01, for all business transactions with our company.

Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, 9 April 2021 – GeoJunxion (GOJXN.AS) announces today that its CEO, Thierry Jaccoud will resign at the end of May 2021.
Thierry Jaccoud, CEO and Managing Director of GeoJunxion N.V., has decided to resign from both roles at the end of May 2021 for personal and family related reasons.
Ivo Vleeschouwers, CFO, will take over the CEO function starting June 1st, combining the two positions until a successor can be appointed. We are confident that we can be successful in that respect in the not-too-distant future.
